The manufacturing process of a forged piece requires, above all, an excellent technical know-how, competence and a specialized labor. Not enough, our company possess top generation machinery, enabling us to achieve the highest technical level regarding the product application.

With complex characteristics and a very particular shape, the synchronizer rings and forks are produced under the maximum caution and quality control.

The Engineering Department has available to itself, advanced softwares and tools that ensure a pre-study of the parts and the simulation of the productive processes, precise and quickly.

Our Physical/Chemical Laboratory is fully equipped for the metallographic, electrolyze and spectrometry analysis, not to mention the non-destructive assays, such as hardness and ultrasound.

The Metrology lab possesses modern coordinate measuring machines (CMM), gadgets and calibrators, assuring the perfect conformability among dimensions and tolerances.

Through an aggressive policy of investments, RCN has acquired state-of-the-art CNC machines and it's been our constant challenge to ally technology and good products, guaranteeing total customers satisfaction.
